The Utah Society of Public Health Education (USOPHE) is currently accepting abstract proposals for the 2026 annual conference.
The theme for this year’s conference is Knowledge to Action: Building Your Health Education Toolbox.
Join fellow health educators, researchers, and practitioners for our annual conference. This year's theme, "Knowledge to Action: Building Your Health Education Toolbox," focuses on building the essential skills for health education professionals by incorporating tangible skills into conference sessions that people can directly apply to their positions to enhance their work
We are excited to hear any and all ideas! Based on member feedback, suggested topics for potential presentations, workshops, and demonstrations include (but are not limited to):

Communication (e.g., public speaking, writing, crucial conversations)

Grant writing

Leadership development

Partnership and coalition building

Marketing (e.g., creating infographics, social marketing campaigns)

Data analysis and interpretation

Policy and advocacy

Technology (i.e. AI, platforms like Qualtrics, Canva, Microsoft, Adobe, etc.)

Professional well-being (e.g., self-care strategies, burnout prevention)

Any ideas are welcome!
